- Please complete check-in at the Shioiri Terminal at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Cruises may be canceled due to weather, sea conditions, or conditions within the port.
- Baggage inspections may be conducted at the direction of the authorities. Thank you for your understanding.
- The route may be changed without notice due to construction or operations by the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force or the U.S. military.
- Guests wishing to board with a wheelchair or service dog must make a reservation by phone (046-825-7144; reservations accepted until the day before).
Restrictions
- Pets are not allowed on board (except service dogs, guide dogs, and hearing dogs).
- Waving flags, displaying banners, and similar actions from the boat are prohibited.
- Hazardous items and items that may disturb other passengers may not be brought on board.
- Please follow the instructions of the captain and crew while the boat is underway.
- Passengers who are intoxicated may be refused boarding.
